Locations and Speakers February 26: Christ the King Parish Activity Center. Speaker: Attorney John LaBoe, Esq. Attorney LaBoe, a member of Christ the King Parish, is president of Shepherd’s Call, a program which provides affordable legal services. https://www.administerjustice.org/location/christtheking-concord-nh/ March 5: Christ the King Parish Activity Center. Speaker: John Keegan, a member of Christ the King Parish, is a participant in Protecting God’sCreation, a ministry which seeks to promote good stewardship of the earth. March 12: Bow Mills United Methodist Church. Speakers: Jennifer Archer and Jasmine Gathright are staff members at the NH Center for Justice & Equity. Speaker: Becky Field, photographer, will present “Welcoming All: New Hampshire’s Immigrant Communities.” Ms. Field has been documenting the lives of immigrants in New Hampshire since 2012. March 26: Wesley United Methodist Church. Speaker: Rev. Jon Hopkins, Pastor of Concordia Lutheran Church, was in Minnesota January 21-24, along with hundreds of other clergy from around the country. He will share his experience there and suggestions for how New Hampshire can take action to support and protect our immigrant neighbors
Directions to Luncheon Locations Christ the King Parish is located at 72 South Main St. in Concord, NH, but to access the Parish Activity Center adjacent to the church, enter the parking lot from Thorndike St. Bow Mills United Methodist Church is located at 505 South St. in Bow, NH. Enter the church hall from the parking lot behind the church. Wesley United Methodist Church is located at 79 Clinton St in Concord, NH. A parking lot is located adjacent to the church. From Clinton St, turn left onto Norwich St., then take the first right into the church parking lot.
Our thanks to The Greater Concord Interfaith Council thanks the 2026 Lenten Luncheon speakers, as well as Rev. Richard Roberge (Christ the King Parish), Rev. Virginia Fryer (Bow Mills United Methodist Church), and Rev. Lourey Savick (Wesley United Methodist Church) for hosting the luncheons, and the volunteers who assist with meal preparation and other tasks.
